All bow headwraps come pre-tied, are meant to easily slip on and off the head, & can be re-tied if needed. 

“Baby” size fits approximately 0-6 months based on our pre-tied measurement. 

“Child" size fits approximately 6mo-10 years+ based on our pre-tied measurement.
